Canyon Spring Sailfish Family,

We are so excited for this season and look forward to seeing everyone in the water again this summer. 

To best prepare, we need your help on a few items!

1. REGISTRATION NOW CLOSING IN ONE WEEK! If you haven't done so already, Please register your swimmer by April 1st. With registration being open for the past 2 weeks, we have had a lot of interest. To ensure your child(ren) have a spot on the team** and to give us enough time to prepare before our first day of practice, we will now be cutting off registration on APRIL 1st. After that, there will be a $50 late fee registration and there is a possibility your child(ren) will not receive the Sponsor T-shirt or promo gift of the season. 

**There are certain age groups that are filling up quickly. Once we reach a certain capacity, there is a chance we will have to close registration for that age bracket. 

2. Calling all 15-18 year old swimmers! We need your help encouraging 15-18 year olds who have experience in summer swim, club swim, or high school swim to join the sailfish this summer. If you know or have a high school swimmer that is interested, please reach out to me for further information.

3. We are still in need of getting these volunteer positions filled:

• Volunteer Coordinator
• Assistant Team Manager
• 4-6 - volunteers to be trained and committed to being a Stroke and Turn Judge, should we need to fill the position. Remember, it doesn't mean you will have to be serving every weekend or for the whole meet, but this will allow us to have more flexibility as a team and give the same volunteers who fill this role a weekend off.

4. Sponsorships! If you would like to sponsor the team this summer please reach out as possible. Time is closing soon for this opportunity. If you would like more information please contact me.

5. Team Merchandise! Now accepting orders for those families that would like to order their own apparel. Deadline to place all orders is April 8th. Merchandise includes:

• Women's Tank Top 
• Men's Tank Top (NEW) 
• Performance Tee 
• Navy Trucker Hat
• Navy YOUTH Baseball Hat (NEW)
