Castle Hills vs Canyon Springs will be AT HOME tomorrow

Weather Permitting: If there is a chance that weather conditions may delay the meet from starting on time, everyone will be informed by 615 am for any changes via WhatsApp, Email AND Facebook! If no announcements are made, meet will go on as scheduled and swimmers will need to be at the pool by 645 am for check in.

Parking Instructions: We will have traffic control at the meet tomorrow conducting traffic. If you drive, you will be able to park on Canyon Golf Road, along the sidewalk.  

Set-Up Crew: If you are a part of the set up crew, you will need to be there by 6 am for set up. 

Volunteer Check-In: We need ALL volunteers to check in first thing with JD Davenport, at the Volunteer Check-In station, so we have all positions accounted for. 

Canyon Springs Seating

Canyon Springs families will be able to set up their chairs on the right (east) side of the pool.  

We need all swimmers AT THE POOL and Checked in BY: 645 AM

Warm up: 7 AM

Meet will start by 810 AM at the latest

Prior to coming, please have marked in sharpie:

• Your child's last name
• E (event) / (H) heat / (L) lane
